State Privacy
Banzai maintains a data privacy agreement (DPA) for Maine. This agreement comes pre-signed by Banzai, and ensures full compliance with state and federal regulations.
This resource is for district administrators—we do not require teachers to have a signed DPA prior to using Banzai.
Option 1: Download & Sign Banzai's Standard DPA
If your district requires a signed DPA with Banzai, we have prepared a FERPA-compliant DPA for you here. Download and sign the document, and email it back to us.
Option 2: Request a Signature for Your District's DPA
If your district requires Banzai to sign your district's custom DPA, simply send it to privacy@banzai.org, and we'll countersign it and return it to you.
