First Mortgage Loan Information
Once you click the link below, you will be directed to various First Mortgage loan options, calculators, and educational tools. When you are ready to apply, click the “Apply” link for a First Mortgage loan. Next, you will “Start Your Application”, using the secure form near the bottom of the screen.
IMPORTANT: As you fill out the application, you will come to a screen regarding a Non-Refundable Credit Report Fee in the amount of $25 (see screenshot below). On this screen there will be a dropdown menu for “Payment Method”, where you need to select, “Promotional Code provided by Nutmeg State Financial Credit Union”.
